Founder & President
Susan Falk is the founder and president of Falk Group Communications, a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise focused on public relations, marketing communications, brand development, reputation management for businesses and non-profit organizations in the Midwest.
She has conducted campaigns for clients including Verizon Wireless, Froedtert Hospital & Medical College, TomoTherapy, Aurora Health Care, U.S. Cellular, Marcus Hotels & Resorts, the Building2Learn Consortium, the American Society for Quality and a host of other mission-driven companies and non-profit organizations and associations.
Her campaigns have been recognized by the National Women Executives in Public Relations, the National Association for Women in Communications, the Public Relations Society of America – Southeast Wisconsin Chapter, and the Business Marketing Association Milwaukee Chapter. Ms. Falk has served as past president of the Nicolet High School Foundation, Board Secretary of the Building2Learn Consortium, and on the boards of TEMPO Milwaukee, Trinity Irish Dance Company, the Haggerty Museum of Art at Marquette University, and the marketing committee of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra board.
An adjunct instructor at Marquette University today, she is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Wisconsin with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication.
